Comments:1350 - This man is literally the sweetest person alive. I would die for him. We moved online halfway through the semester, and he tried to make it easy on us. We had two essays, but he graded those leniently and my friend and I both did very well. His tests were multiple choice, and he would give you at least one answer on each test. I would actually die for him  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 (Heritage) - I enjoyed his class despite not being a Christian nor a particularly religious person. Dr. Tom radiates good vibes and they're contagious in the best way. Textbook is optional. I never did any of the readings because I never bought the book. His Powerpoints are just bullet lists of topics that he will cover. Focus on what he says and jot down the details. This is a must. He tends to say everything important at least thrice: in class, recap of last class, and review session. Take his class if you get the chance.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - As everybody had said, this guy is amazing. He is a super sweet professor and his tests are superrrr easy IF you take notes during lectures. That's very crucial. If you do this, you'd get a guaranteed A.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REl 1350 - Dr. Millay was an awesome and passionate professor! A lot of people describe religion classes as boring, but Dr. Millay made it interesting! He is a very kind and bubbly guy that always tells corny jokes. His tests are 50 multiple choice questions. Our grade consisted of about three exams, two papers, a participation grade and the final exam. He also offers extra credit. To do good in this class, you MUST take notes from his lecture— you can’t look at his PowerPoints and take notes. A lot of his test questions come directly from what he says during class. We were assigned to read three texts, I honestly only read one of the books... Before every test, he holds a review and tells you everything that will be on the test! Overall, I think Dr. Millay does an amazing job at teaching over 2000 years of Christian history in one semester. If you do take him, ask him what his favorite genre of music is— you’d be surprised!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 - Dr. Tom is the best Religion professor at Baylor. He is a charismatic individual and has a strong zeal for teaching. To do well in his class, take notes on his lecture and write down what he verbally says. It is not necessary to read for this class because he will mention the quotes that you will need to know and who/what concept they are associated with. The tests are all multiple choice, 50 questions each. The final is 100 questions, all multiple choice. Before each test, he will do a review lecture and highlight what you need to know. In addition to the tests, you will need to write 2 papers but they are very easy. As long is you take notes over what he talks about in class you will easily attain an A!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1350 - I, unlike many Baylor students, am not someone who is necessarily keen on religion. Dr. Tom gives you a very unbiased religious perspective while teaching you the good, the bad and the ugly. He does this in a way where he combines very conservative Christian views with very awesome and much needed liberal views. It makes Christianity seem modern. He is easily the nicest person you will ever meet. Picture Mr.Rogers, that is who is teaching you. He does everything to help you as well as teach you. He is honestly one of the best professors I have come across at Baylor and needs to be recognized for his kindness and adaptability to any of his students.  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 (Heritage) - Dr. Millay is possibly the nicest man alive. There is not a single moment where he does not have a genuine smile on his face and a noticeable passion for the subject matter he is teaching. Dr. Tom is a brilliant man yet is able to articulate complex concepts in a way that is very easy to be understood. There is no graded homework, 3 exams, 2 short papers, and a final exam. He even does a review day prior to each exam which is super helpful. In my opinion, you would be out of your mind to not take Dr. Millay for Scriptures or Heritage.   - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - Professor Millay was one of my favorites! He always came into class with a smile on his face! If you needed help understanding a concept he was always willing to help and was very responsive to his emails. Wonderful professor as well as a person!  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1350 - Best professor I have had at Baylor. I enjoyed attending his class, because he makes the material interesting. He reviews before each test which helps a lot with what to study. He is just an overall great man!  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:REL 1350 - Dr. Tom is one of the most pure human beings that you will ever meet. He does everything he can to help you be successful and he made the class more interesting than it could've been. If you can take Dr. Tom, you should. He was a great professor and a great guy.  - Grade In Class:B+

Comments:1310 - Millay is honestly one of the best teachers I have had in a long time. He cares SO much about how we do, not just in the class, but in life and if we understand what he is lecturing us about. He lets us out early and leaves so much time during and after class to ask for help. Before all of our tests, he does a huge review day where we get to ask anything and he has a huge power point with everything that is "fair game" on the test. He is funny, nice, ALWAYS in a good mood, and just a genuinely great guy. He does not give us daily quizzes and he only gave us three short essays to write throughout the whole semester that were roughly a page long each. He is amazing. 10/10 recommend  - Grade In Class:A

Comments:1310 - Professor Millay is the sweetest man! He cares about each student and wants you to succeed. There are weekly “pop quizzes” but before each quiz he sends five things to look out for before the five question quiz! The tests are fairly simple but the lectures sometimes go off on tangents so make sure to read! Overall I really loved this class!   - Grade In Class:A
